Conceiving... and idea, a dream - feeling the passion...

... and evolve and become truly ours.
What if... this idea, the dream is taken away from you... ???
without been asked... and descisions made in absense... now watching the idea, the dream quickly disappearing on the horizon - painful
Feeling and living the endless emptiness and loneliness...
Where am I heading now? Out of my Element now...
People seem to think that effective teamwork means we all do the same thing…
think of building a house... what do you notice? Is it a bunch of people with the same profile, the same skills etc.?
think of a ship... what does the crew do? Do they all steer the ship together?
think of an ochestra... does everybody play the same instrument?
you know the answer
keep this in mind, always!
If we, as a team want to achieve something that an individual can’t, we need to (learn to) work together, use our strengths and forget about personal priorities and ambitions!!! Why does this seem to be so hard???
